Privacy notice for private inquiries
Purpose and basis
Data is processed on the basis of explicit consent to read an insurance-related inquiry and reply through the channel selected. It is not reused for marketing, newsletters or advertising profiles.
Data collected
We collect the subject, message, contact method and contact details, consent date, notice version and, where present, the page from which the inquiry was sent. We do not request a name, address, date of birth, detailed health data, passport number or foreign resident registration number.
Sensitive data
The form is not intended for diagnoses, treatment details, health conditions or other sensitive data. General consent is not consent to process sensitive data. If unnecessary information is sent accidentally, it is not used for marketing or analytics and is minimised or deleted where possible.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as long as needed for the inquiry and never for more than 6 months after receipt. This is a service maximum, not a statutory minimum. It may be deleted earlier when the purpose ends or at the person’s request; deletion from application systems is intended at expiry.
Rights and contact
You may withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion through the details on the Contact page. Refusing consent has no further consequence, but prevents use of the private form. Contact.
Technical services
The form uses technical services for hosting, database and anti-spam protection. Actual processing locations, any international transfers and providers’ contractual roles must be verified in production before the form is enabled; this notice does not make claims that have not yet been confirmed.
